Can I ship my order to multiple locations? YES, within the USA.
Can I ship my order overnight delivery? YES. We use all methods of shipping, please specify on order.
What is a tape set-up charge? This is a fee for creating the embroidery tape if the order is less than 144 pieces.
What if I have a problem with my order? Call 1-877-250-LOGO (5646)
What if I do not have artwork, or art needs cleaning up? We will need a clean, camera ready image to digitize. We can do that for you for a fee. Please email or fax layout and we will work up a quote.
Can I e-mail you my art and what format will you accept? ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR 9.0 VERSION or earlier, EPS FILE FORMAT, fonts must be converted to outlines. You may send a JPG for embroidery if it is very clean and clear. Please call if you have questions. Email artwork to sales@customapparelandmore.com
Can I have special font styles? In most cases yes, we recommend submitting your font for approval.
How can I find out what my total cost of the order will be? WE CAN ONLY GIVE YOU AN ESTIMATE UP FRONT. WE WILL GIVE YOU EXACT COST UPON ORDER BEING SHIPPED.
What process of printing is used to place my imprint on the products? Embroidery.
Overruns/Underruns A percentage over or under on orders may be incurred for the quantity shipped. You will be billed for any additional charges.
